Apartment Rental Tour
New employees who are unfamiliar with the area, and
want to settle-in quickly will benefit from the Apartment
Rental Tour.
- Full needs assessment by a licensed property consultant
- Research and option process, including scheduling
of appointments
- Scheduled tour, set appointments and transportation
to apartment communities
- Extensive follow-up with transferee to insure successful
rental process
Recruiting Tour
Do you have a potential employee who is nervous about
relocating to an unfamiliar area? We can answer all
of their questions and help you make their new job decision
a favorable and positive experience.
- An orientation tour (2 hours) includes overview
of the city, neighborhoods, and a preview of a select
apartment community, based on the renter’s criteria
Tour Prices
- Recruiting tour (2 hours), including pick-up and
drop-off. Transportation included.
- Half-day tour (3-4 hours) includes comprehensive
research of rental options, 3-4 community appointments,
and additional relocation services, as requested.

- Full-day tour (6-8 hours) includes rental options, 5-8
community appointments, orientation and preview of
area. May include additional relocation services,
as requested. Transportation included.
Furnished Temporary Accommodations
As point of contact for your employee’s needs, we can
also offer temporary housing. A delightful and affordable
option to expensive hotel stays is fully furnished corporate
suite.
